I can confirm that I have known Vicky for over a year now as she has been teaching my daughter Izzy to play the flute in my home.
During this time, Vicky has shown herself to be a patient, diligent, and creative teacher. When Vicky began teaching Izzy the flute, my daughter had lost her confidence due to a poor instructor at school and had said she wanted to give up playing. However, after one lesson with Vicky, my daughter learned so much, from holding the flute correctly to breathing techniques and fingering, that she got her confidence back and as a result now loves playing the flute and will give performances to friends and family whenever they have time to listen.
Vicky has skilfully and kindly guided Izzy through her learning and last year my daughter successfully passed her Grade 1 ABRSM flute exam thanks to Vicky. We are thrilled. Since then my child has made good progress towards taking the grade 3 exam this June and both my daughter and I are confident that she will pass under Vicky's guidance.
